Rates

We offer our services both virtually across BC and in-person at our White Rock and Langley offices.

Individual Counselling:

$185 for 50-minute session

Couples Therapy:

$333 for 90-minute session

After the first session, couples complete the Gottman Relationship Checkup questionnaires, with a one-time $39 USD fee per couple paid directly to Gottman Connect. This questionnaire provides insight into your relationship and helps tailor your therapy.

Group Therapy:

$50 per participant for a 60-minute session.

This is a 10-week program (10 sessions total).

Anger Management

To register for the next Anger Management online group, please call or message us. Space is limited.

Payments: Collected prior to each session via credit card; a receipt is provided.

Cancellations Policy: We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Full rate is charged for no-shows or late cancellations.
