Absolutely. All sessions are private and confidential. We follow professional and ethical guidelines to ensure your information is protected. Confidentiality is maintained except in rare circumstances required by law, which we explain clearly at the start of therapy.

Your first session is focused on helping you feel comfortable and understood. We’ll explore what brings you to counselling, what you hope to change or understand, and any concerns you may have. Sessions move at your pace, and there’s no expectation to share more than you’re ready for.
- Individual sessions: typically 50 minutes
- Couples sessions: typically 90 minutes
- Group sessions: typically 60 minutes
